Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" — the s6vip website, mobile interface, and any associated applications operated at https://s6vip.net.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — s6vip, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the Player, excluding Bonus Funds, that are immediately withdrawable subject to completed KYC verification.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds documentation required by s6vip prior to processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all operational hours and transaction timestamps on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by s6vip's own operational policies.

Access to and use of the s6vip Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is enforced rigorously and in compliance with our responsible gaming obligations. s6vip reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold an Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the above of s6vip or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily requested through s6vip or imposed by any responsible gaming programme or regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

s6vip reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

To access the full suite of s6vip's products and services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify s6vip promptly of any changes.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal request, s6vip will require completion of KYC verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or passport) and may include proof of address and/or source of funds documentation. s6vip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Account Security: You must notify s6vip support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. s6vip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All financial transactions on the s6vip Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your verified name may be rejected and returned at s6vip's sole discretion.
• s6vip does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities, credit cards, or third-party payment processors not listed as approved methods.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of successful payment. In the event of a technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are subject to account tier and may be adjusted at s6vip's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside core processing hours may take up to 24 hours.
• s6vip does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges independently.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. s6vip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may result in additional processing time.
• Any balance associated with uncompleted wagering requirements on Bonus Funds is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

s6vip offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and may not be claimed by persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement, minimum odds or game restrictions, and an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• A Player may only claim a specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Multiple accounts used to circumvent this restriction will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and suspension of the accounts involved.
• s6vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements in full.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or payout, s6vip's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.
• s6vip reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings paid in error, including cases where a Player has exploited a technical fault, pricing error, or system vulnerability.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the s6vip Platform, across sportsbook, live casino, slot, and other gaming products:

• All bets placed on s6vip are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all details of a wager — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. s6vip will not reverse or void a correctly placed bet on the basis of a Player's change of mind.
• Sportsbook markets are offered on the events, leagues, and competition types listed on the Platform at any given time, including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• s6vip reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, suspend markets, and void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, event cancellation, or force majeure events.
• In-play betting markets close at points during an event at s6vip's sole discretion. Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted. Any bets inadvertently accepted after a decisive event in a match (e.g., a goal being scored before the bet is registered) may be voided.
• All casino games and slot titles on s6vip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including disconnections, server errors, or display faults — s6vip will investigate using server-side logs. The server log record is the authoritative record in all disputes; displayed results that contradict server logs will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or interaction with s6vip.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, pricing mistakes, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may be reclaimed.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for moving illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s6vip staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion orders or deposit limits, through account duplication or third-party account use.

All content on the s6vip Platform — including but not limited to the s6vip brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of s6vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of s6vip.

Game content, RNG algorithms, live streaming feeds, and associated proprietary technology provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to s6vip for display on the Platform.

s6vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, device identifiers, IP addresses, and transaction history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

s6vip implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s6vip's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s6vip shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or live scores.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside s6vip's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, even where s6vip has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s6vip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and address technical issues promptly.

s6vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
• A request from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• As required to comply with responsible gaming obligations, including where a Player has been identified as a problem gambler or has been placed on a self-exclusion register.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting s6vip support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method after completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Where an Account is closed by s6vip due to breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation, and funds derived from prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

s6vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 11.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of the terms that govern your use of s6vip. The current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s6vip holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between s6vip and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through s6vip's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 14. Where internal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a formal complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated under s6vip's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit s6vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction for breaches that cause or threaten irreparable harm to s6vip or the integrity of the Platform.
